Speak at the Executive Pharma Insights Conference (EPIC)
Why speak at EPIC Conference, who should sign up, how to pitch a session, and speaker FAQ
EPIC Conference is an independent event for pharmaceutical insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence leaders. If you present at a pharma market research conference — or want to — this is how to sign up to become a speaker at EPIC.
Why speak at EPIC Conference
EPIC is a senior, insights-first room — not a general healthcare expo.
The right audience. Market research, customer and patient insights, analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence leaders.
Peer discussion. A smaller executive format, with room for questions and working conversation — not a drive-by keynote slot.
Work that travels. Sessions that turn evidence into decisions: methods, AI in research operations, RWE, launch insight, and CI.
Visibility with buyers of insight. Pharma, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics teams who hire, partner with, and learn from speakers like you.
A focused brief. You are not competing with 12 parallel therapeutic tracks. The program is built around insights work.
Relationships, not a booth crawl. Networking and roundtables sit next to the sessions, not off in a separate hall.
Who should sign up
Insights and market research leads (global, brand, customer, patient)
Analytics, decision science, forecasting, and business intelligence
Competitive intelligence and commercial strategy
Market access, new product planning, and launch insight
Agency, vendor, and service-provider speakers are welcome when the session teaches a method or case — not a product pitch. For commercial presence, use sponsor with us.
What makes a strong EPIC session
- A clear problem insights teams actually have (not a generic “future of pharma” talk).
- Evidence: a case, a method, a failed launch, or a decision you can walk through.
- Something the room can reuse in the next 90 days.
- Honest limits — especially on AI, data quality, and what did not work.

How to sign up
- Confirm you want a speaker sign-up, not attendee registration.
- Prepare a working title, 3–5 sentence abstract, and the job to be done for the audience.
- Submit the form on this page, or use the shorter become a speaker page.
- The team will follow up if the session is a fit or if they need a different format (panel, roundtable, or workshop).
Need a seat, not a stage?
Attendee registration is a separate process from speaking. Use how to register if you are coming to listen and network.
Speak vs register vs sponsor
Speakers sign up here or on become a speaker. Signing up to speak is not attendee registration.
Attendees use how to register or the conference registration form.
Sponsors use sponsor with us.
EPIC Conference speaker FAQ
How do I sign up to become a speaker at EPIC Conference?
Use the form at the bottom of this page, or the shorter become a speaker page. Include a title, a short abstract, and who the session is for.
Who should sign up to become a speaker?
People who do the work of insights: market research, analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, commercial strategy, market access, and launch planning. Educators and practitioners who can teach a method or case are also a fit.
Is this the same as registering to attend?
No. Signing up to become a speaker and attendee registration are separate. If you want a seat in the room, use how to register.
What topics are a good fit for EPIC?
Sessions that help insights teams decide: research operations, AI where it helps and where it does not, real-world evidence next to traditional market research, competitive intelligence before a launch, and how insights works with commercial, medical, and market access.
Can vendors or agencies speak?
Yes, when the session is a teachable case or method. Product pitches belong on a sponsorship track. See sponsor with us if you need a commercial presence.
How should I pitch a session?
Lead with the problem, the evidence, and what the room can reuse. Avoid a broad “state of the industry” title. A longer guide is here: how to pitch a session at EPIC.
Do speakers receive travel, hotel, or an honorarium?
Speaker terms are confirmed if your session is accepted. Do not assume travel or hotel is included. For the current speaker policy, call or text 732-876-9505.
When will I hear back?
Timing depends on the program calendar. If you need a status update after you sign up, contact the team at 732-876-9505.
Can more than one person present?
Yes — panels and co-presenters are common. Note all speakers and their roles in the sign-up form.
Can I speak and sponsor?
Those are separate conversations. Sign up to become a speaker here, and use sponsor with us for packages. Mention both in your notes if they should be considered together.
I already signed up on the short become a speaker page. Do I sign up again?
No. One sign-up is enough. This page is the longer SEO version of the same process, with the same form.
