How do I register for EPIC Conference?
Use the form at the bottom of this page, or go directly to the registration page. Submit one form per attendee unless you are arranging a group registration.
What are the current registration rates?
The published early-bird rate is $995 for pharma attendees and $4,795 for agency, vendor, or service-provider attendees, through August 31, 2026. Rates are in USD and subject to change.
Is there early-bird pricing?
Yes. Early-bird pricing is the current rate and runs through August 31, 2026.
What’s included in the registration fee?
Full program participation, curated networking (including evening reception), executive roundtables, the Innovation Showcase and Exhibit Hall, conference hospitality during the event, and post-conference access to select presentation materials. Travel and hotel are not included.
Do you offer group discounts?
Group pricing may be available when an organization registers multiple attendees. Call or text 732-876-9505 for more information.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed at the time of registration and in your confirmation materials. For assistance, call or text 732-876-9505.
Is hotel or travel included?
No. Registration does not include airfare, rail, ground transportation, or hotel.

When is the registration deadline?
The early bird rate ends August 31, 2026. Later rates will be posted on the conference registration page.
Will I receive a confirmation?

Can I transfer my registration?
Transfers are handled case by case. Contact the team at 732-876-9505 with the original registrant and the replacement attendee’s details.
